The 28,092-square-foot building will be located at 507 N. Gray St. and will replace the current county annex complex on Priest Drive.

In Harker Heights, 372 people have voted early. A plurality of those votes occurred on the first day of early voting, with the rest coming on Wednesday, Thursday or by mail. Numbers for Friday, April 25, were unavailable for both Harker Heights and Killeen.
