In a detailed presentation, City Manager Kent Cagle attempted to make the case to the council that selling excess water, which he said was costing the city millions of dollars, would be an easy way for the city of Killeen to make money.

This move was already approved by Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No.1 through an existing contract, which allows for 1.5 million gallons of water to be sold per day.

PressurePave can be used to repair cracks in the roads and prevent potholes. It has been used in other Texas cities, including Cedar Park last year, and is comparable to slurry seal, according to the presentation attached to the agenda.
