Colorado State University released its forecast for the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season on Thursday, predicting an above-average season for tropical storms and hurricanes. CSU's prediction cites warm ocean temperatures in the subtropical Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea as the main factors, as well as calmer winds in the upper atmosphere – usually referred to as wind shear – due to a possibly weak or neutral El Niño, a naturally-occurring shift in the winds.

As the anticipation builds for the grand opening of Universal's Epic Universe in May 2025, some people will be able to get an early look at the new Florida theme park. A 30-foot Chronos – the iconic tower that acts as the "portal" to all five lands in Epic Universe – will travel to four U.S. cities as part of a national tour over the next three months. During the day, people will be able to see a video montage of what's inside Epic Universe and take pictures in front of the tower.

An air traffic controller noticed the issue and stopped the flight's departure. Taxiways are used for planes to travel to and from runways, gates, and hangars. Runways are used for takeoffs and landings.
