    Two workers have died after a crane collapse at a construction site on Meritt Island, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office confirmed to FOX 35. The collapse happened on Wednesday at a site on Borman Drive. Tod Goodyear, spokesperson for BCSO, confirmed that two people were taken to the hospital and have died. Their names have not been released pending family notifications. FOX 35 has a crew on the way to gather more information.

    Seven of the 11 dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park in Florida's Panhandle have received approval to be transferred to another facility in Florida. NOAA Fisheries confirmed to FOX 35 on Monday that it issued an emergency waiver on May 30 to transfer 7 bottlenose dolphins, and that it anticipates issuing another emergency waiver for the remaining four dolphins when a new facility is found to house them.

    It's beaver vs. beaver. Buc-ee’s has filed a lawsuit against a Florida oddities shop over its Krampus-inspired Buc-ee's beaver t-shirt. In the 14-page lawsuit, Buc-ee's argues that Prometheus Esoterica, a self-described Gothic boutique in Winter Park that sells "morbid antiquities," like taxidermy and animal skeletons, used Buc-ee’s' beaver logo on t-shirts and other items without permission – and in violation of its trademark.
