In an erratic 911 call, the suspect in the arson attack at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence rattled off perceived injustices he believed Josh Shapiro committed against the suspect’s daughters, Palestinian people and the alleged killing of someone he identified only as “Manny.”That’s according to an audio recording of a 911 call that took place around 2:50 a.m. Sunday and lasted 1 minute and 12 seconds. Dauphin County released the audio of the call on Friday.
