Boulder-based Metron Farnier’s lease covers 56,650 square feet at 335 Centennial Parkway in Louisville. The building was constructed in 1995 and renovated in 2019. The updates included a new facade and entryway, a steel-framed canopy, parking improvements and an aluminum storefront, announced CBRE, which facilitated the lease.
