Her legal team requested a pre-sentence investigation report ahead of the next hearing, which will take place on June 25 at 8:30 a.m. Stuarts legal team did not comment on the case when asked.

    GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The Grand Junction Police Department warned motorists of a temporary closure Monday morning after a pedestrian was hit by a car. According to police, the crash happened near the intersection of 27 and H Roads at about 8:20 a.m. as the driver traveled east. All lanes of H Road east of 27 Road were closed while officers investigated the crash.
