FORT COLLINS, Colo. (KKTV) - A man was shot outside a north Fort Collins home Sunday night after refusing to drop his knife while confronted by police. Officers say that they had responded to the home on Eastdale Drive after getting reports of an argument unfolding there, involving a man with a knife. “Officers located the suspect outside the home and gave commands for him to drop the weapon, but he refused to cooperate,” Fort Collins Police Services said in a social media post on the incident.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A man was arrested Saturday for allegedly dousing his house in gasoline, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. Officers were dispatched at 5:31 p.m. to the 7700 block of Orange Sunset Drive to investigate a possible domestic disturbance. Police said the victim’s husband, Carlos Garcia-Rivera, sent her a video of him pouring gasoline in their living room while threatening to burn down their house.
