    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Interstate 64 East has reopened after being closed for 19 hours, following a multi-vehicle crash near the Cochran Hill Tunnels on Wednesday morning. LMPD says its Traffic Unit reopened Interstate 64 East around 1 a.m. on Thursday. Louisville Fire and Police initially responded to the crash around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. The crash shutdown both East and West lanes. The Westbound lanes reopened at 8 a.m. on Wednesday.

    LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - Sue Wiley, the first female news anchor for WLEX-TV, has died. Wiley died Tuesday night after a crash involving five cars on Alumni Drive and Chinoe Road. Wiley worked for Lex 18 from 1968 until 1998. She produced and anchored the stations 'Noon Today' program, before pitching a public affairs program called 'Your Government' to the station's management. For two decades, Wiley produced and hosted the show.

    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A vacant apartment building in the Park Duvalle neighborhood caught on fire overnight. Fire officials say crews were called at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday to a two-story apartment building on Wilson Avenue and Annie Street. When crews arrived, the building was fully engulfed. Fire officials say the building was vacant. No injuries were reported. The Department's arson unit was called to the scene to investigate.
