Several animals were rescued from a Gerber home Wednesday and their owner was arrested after deputies with the Tehama County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) found them living in horrific conditions. The rescue happened Tuesday after TCSO received reports from concerned citizens about two dogs locked inside a vehicle outside a Gerber home during triple-digit temperatures.
