Kevin Stitt one day after devastating high winds and wildfires, the Attorney General is reminding residents about the Emergency Price Stabilization Act. This means businesses cannot increase prices more than 10 percent for goods and services. The price gouging statute is being implemented for 12 counties impacted by the fires.
