Online shoppers seeking activewear, push-up bras and a host of other items from one of the biggest lingerie retailers in the world are out of luck. Since Tuesday, the Victoria’s Secret website has gone dark, offering only a brief, vague message. Bloomberg reports that some customers haven’t been able to shop the site since as early as Monday. The company, which was founded in Palo Alto by Stanford graduate Roy Raymond, opened its first brick-and-mortar store in the Stanford Shopping Center in 1977.

San Francisco jumped a spot, from seventh to sixth place, in a nationwide park ranking report that was released Wednesday. Compiled by the Trust for Public Land, or TPL, which works with communities to create parks and protect public lands, the annual ParkScore measures parks in the country’s biggest cities by looking at their acreage, investment, amenities, access and equity.

A recent report found that three California beaches — including a popular tourist destination in the Bay Area — had some of the highest bacteria levels in the country. Linda Mar Beach in Pacifica, which is perhaps best known as the home of the most beautiful Taco Bell in the country, has some of the most polluted waters, per the Surfrider Foundation’s annual Clean Water report.
