I love the roundtable discussions and love that we can 'wing' them with current real estate issues. Perhaps it's time for another lending/financial roundtable? I found an online directory of Kalispell City ordinances and thought it would be intriguing to see what some of the ordinances of the past were. The last post covered a 1933 ordinance called "Montana Beer Act." Nothing very interesting happened during the following few years, so we're jumping ahead to 1936 for the Cosmetology and Beauty Shops ordinance #455. In 1936, the licensing of Cosmetology and Beauty shops began in Kalispell MT.

Absolutely, I couldn’t agree more! Life’s too short to keep feelings bottled up. When it comes to expressing love and appreciation, especially for family and friends, nothing beats a heartfelt "I love you" or even a simple gesture that shows you care.  Think about it—have you told your kids how much they mean to you lately? How ‘bout reaching out to that neighbor who always seems a bit lonely? Those small moments add up and can really make someone's day.
