I've never had a buyer even think about going into the attic and I suspect most sellers would not be comfortable with a random person going up there when it is easy to step in the wrong place and step/fall through the roof. It is not something I would allow or encourage as my insurance would not cover it the damage to the house or the person. Anything that is viewable from ground level is looked at.

You are so sweet, Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400! Thank you so much, it made my morning! For so many years, I didn't take the time to celebrate myself, but this year was different. My oldest took me out for lunch, I had an epic night out with my broker and friends, I ate all the sushi with my youngest, answered a lot of calls, and just enjoyed every moment! Oh, and I worked, too, moving staging furniture from one listing that is about to close to another one that is coming soon.

My guess was that they'd interfere in the election and they have. Nothing like a rate drop to boost a failing economy right before the incumbent is up for re-election. I'm expecting another one closer to election day. Gov. Newsom out here in Cali did the same thing. Had "tax refund" checks arrive magically two weeks before his recall election. $400 buys a lot of votes.
