Key Findings Academic achievement improved more for students of Teach For Pakistan (TFP) Fellows than for students who were taught by non-TFP teachers. In the quantitative study, there were no differences between students of TFP Fellows and those of non-TFP teachers regarding social and emotional learning or perceptions about the learning environment.
