According to a media release from Burlington police, Michelle Adams, 35, of Centerville, Iowa, is charged with: possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a Class B felonyfailure to affix a drug tax stamp over seven-grams, a class D felonyprobation violation for having a warrant out of Appanoose Countyproviding false identification.
