An investigation is underway after a body was found at a fire in Paradise Park on Monday night. The Reno Fire department responded to the area Elementary and El Rancho Dr for a report of a brush fire to the rear of 555 El Rancho Dr. around 5:30 p.m. on April 14. After crews had extinguished the fire they discovered a man's body. The Reno Police Department was called to the scene.

An investigation is underway after a body was found in a home in Incline Village late Thursday night, police say. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) deputies responded to a home in Incline Village around 10:45 p.m. on April 10 for the report of a deceased person. Upon arrival, deputies located a body. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office detectives responded to the scene and took over the investigation. The identity of the deceased has not been released.
