MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile County man accused of stealing a pickup truck and leading law enforcement on a chase is now behind bars, News 5 has learned. Mobile County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Semmes police officers arrested Timothy Taylor, 38, of Wilmer, after a vehicle pursuit that began in the Moffett Road area and ended on foot, according to Semmes Assistant Police Chief Jeff Eiland.

Blackwood said he does not believe Sanders’ self-defense claim will hold in this case due to the recklessness of the incident at a kids’ dance recital.
