    A woman living at 1311 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth was arrested by city officers after they were dispatched to a domestic battery situation. On Monday at approximately 3:15 p.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the address on West Jefferson Street to investigate a complaint of domestic battery. Officers spoke with 32-year-old Christian Everage, who stated that his ex-girlfriend, 29-year-old Dora Sellhausen, battered him inside his apartment while a child was present.

    Newly elected county treasurer Wendy Tapia attended the meeting to seek approval for signing a new confidential agreement between Marshall County and the Indiana Department of Revenue. She stated that she and Commissioner Stan Klotz need to sign a new agreement because the previous one was for the former treasurer, and this agreement must be in place before the Department of Revenue will discuss the Innkeeper’s Tax for the county with her.

    Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a pair of men from Fort Wayne on Monday after a County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 30. At approximately 10:25 p.m. Monday, a county officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the vicinity of U.S. 30 and King Road. During the stop, the smell of marijuana was detected coming from inside the vehicle, prompting the deputy to request assistance from additional units, including Plymouth Police.
