With help from the public, Edmond Police were recently able to find and identify a man accused of exposing himself to children at businesses in Edmond, just hours after they posted about him on social media.

Frigid temperatures can pose serious health threats for people, and pets, especially outdoor dogs and cats. Officials with the Oklahoma Humane Society say the best thing you can do is keep your pets indoors as much as possible when the weather is extremely cold, but for outdoor animals or strays, they say you can make houses out of styrofoam and straw to keep them dry and warm.

The McClain County Sheriff's Office is conducting a thorough review of all weapons carried by deputies after they say a child manipulated the trigger of a School Resource Officer's pistol, causing it to fire last week. Deputies with the McClain County Sheriff's Office say that thankfully no one was injured, and the SRO was not doing anything wrong to cause the gun to fire.

City officials say you may notice a slight difference in the smell or taste of your tap water, but they say the water is still completely safe to drink.

The CARE Center, Oklahoma County's only child advocacy center is introducing its first therapy dog to help children who have experienced abuse,"So Poppy is our first therapy dog that we have gotten here at the care center, and we are very excited about getting her trained to do this," said CARE Center Therapist, Chloe Byrd.
