    COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- We are tracking a line of strong to severe storms this evening. This line will continue to push through over the next few hours and will clear around midnight. Primary threats remain small hail, strong winds, and heavy rainfall. Behind this front, conditions will clear for the end of the weekend. Plus, we have cooler weather on the way. Highs will struggle to get out of the mid-70s tomorrow. Pleasant weather will continue until Wednesday.

Across Georgia and Alabama, over 3,000 fires have been burned since January 1st, which totals to over 35,000 acres. The month of March was the worst for wildfires because of critical fire weather. The Numbers: During the first week of March, over 400 wildfires occurred across Alabama and Georgia.
