EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - 19 News has learned that the death of missing Warren father Juvar King has been ruled a homicide. According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, King was fatally shot in the head. Police discovered King’s body behind an East Cleveland home on March 17 after he was first reported missing Feb. 4. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner says King’s body was located outside a home at the corner of Chapman Avenue and Terrace Road.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cleveland grandmother says she no longer feels safe in her home after it was shot up twice in 24 hours. “I’m on edge all the time,” she said. “I can’t sleep you know I barely can eat. I’m terrified.”The Cleveland grandmother wants to remain anonymous because she believes the people who shot up her house could target her again. “I heard pum, pum, pum, pum and I felt something come across my back, heat and I snatched my grandbaby was at the foot of my bed,” she recalled.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cleveland mother is furious after she says a group of teens tried to steal her car and pointed a gun at her child. She claims Garfield Heights police arrested them following a police pursuit less than an hour later, but the juveniles were released to their parents almost immediately. “I just wish the juvenile system would step up and do something because this is just insane at this point,” the Cleveland mother, who wants to remain anonymous for safety reasons, said.

HINCKLEY TWP., Ohio (WOIO) - Earlier this summer, 2 local law enforcement officers were accused of illegally detaining a man because they believed he was in the country illegally and now Detroit prosecutors have taken over the case.
