Four of the six local ZIP codes saw the number of homes sold rise year over year, with ZIP code 77423 seeing the largest increase at 51.85%. Homes sales in ZIP code 77493 were the highest, with 256 homes sold. Meanwhile, of the total 497 homes sold, homes in the $250,000-$449,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 357 homes sold.
