STATELINE, Nev. – The Knight Monsters fell for the third straight game against Kansas City, losing in their first home contest in the Mountain Division Finals. Bear Hughes scored, and Jesper Vikman put together a solid effort in between the pipes, but it wasn’t enough as KC took a commanding 3-0 series lead. The action started with a bang for Tahoe, as Bear Hughes scored the game’s first goal on a 5-on-3 advantage where he roofed the puck past KC netminder Jack LaFontaine.

The intention for budget discussions focused on how to make the cuts while retaining city services.

On Thursday, budget discussions for the future of Carson City’s economy led by Carson City Chief Financial Officer Sherri Russell-Benabou can be boiled down to one quote: We have no idea, and we just hope for the best right now. This is because, despite the state requiring budgets to be finalized and submitted by June 1, the state has not actually provided updated sales tax revenue estimates for Carson City — or any municipality — to base their prospective budgets on.

Sounds like something a cordycep would say 🤔

Cordyceps turns people into zombies in ‘The Last of Us,’ but, outside the show, the fungus might offer physical and mental energy — try it for yourself with these cordyceps-infused products. #RSRecommends https://t.co/OOZ4I9QIVP
