Thursday was a busy one at the Credit One Charleston Open. Emma Navarro needed three sets to get past 15th seed Ashlyn Krueger 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 in the Round of 16. “Really proud of my effort today.” Navarro said after the match.

CLEMSON, S.C. (WCSC) - Clemson, Florida State and the ACC announced they have settled their legal disputes and all three parties will be dismissing their lawsuits in South Carolina, Florida and North Carolina. According to a release from Clemson, the settlement provides a new exit fee schedule along with giving any school that leaves the conference will retain their future media rights free and clear when they pay their exit fee.

Jail records state that Robert Lee Quinn, 34, is charged with leaving the scene of property damage and reckless driving. According to an incident report, police responded to B&N Auto Service at about 2 a.m. for a crash involving several vehicles.
