RESERVE A TABLEVisit the Statler Hotel’s rooftop during the day if you’re down to hang out with swimsuited people drinking sparkling rosé and buckets of seltzer around the pool. Go once the sun’s down if you prefer real clothes, DJs, and your vodka to be served by the bottle. There are many, many places to drink in Dallas, but you should start at these bars. This bar in the basement of Joule Hotel has cozy vibes, creative cocktails, and gets just rowdy enough on the weekends.
