    UTICA, N.Y. -- Farm tractors are fueled up and ready to plant, but some large farms are holding off on planting corn and soybean crops that are usually in the ground by early May. Local farmer Joe Juliano said time is running out. "I think if it doesn’t shape up in the next week or 2 then we got a serious problem," Juliano said. Juliano Farm Market and some smaller farms are planting every week or two, so there’s a better chance of success even if it’s a smaller crop.
