Walgreens seeks to address a pharmacist shortage by partnering with a Denver-based company to create new opportunities for its employees. Denver-based upskilling company Guild is partnering with national pharmacy chain Walgreens to help bolster its talent pipeline. Through its PharmStart program, Chicago-based Walgreens aims to help employees meet the pre-requisite requirements for pharmacy school, the companies announced this week.
