    Billionaire Bill Koch has listed his 52-acre Aspen retreat for sale for $125 million. The Elk Mountain Lodge property hit the market on Wednesday, and Koch was confirmed as its owner by the Wall Street Journal. Listing agent Steven Shane told the Denver Business Journal that the estate is a unique opportunity for buyers just 10 minutes from downtown Aspen. The property, at 125 Rooney Circle, boasts a rustic main residence with 16,631 square feet with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
