As of 5:30am Wednesday morning, there is an accident in Sharon on 95 North Bound causing serious backups. All three lanes are closed in the area of EX 17-South Main Street. As of 5:30am Wednesday morning, 95 North Bound before meeting with 495 looks all in the clear. 495 and RT 1 also look good. Drivers should try taking Rt 1 North Bound to avoid this traffic jam on 95 North Bound.

This accident occurred on RT24 NB between Exit 8- Airport Rd. and Exit 10-Innovation Way. This is in that area of Fall River where RT 79 at RT 24 only has about a mile to merge together to ultimately end up on RT24.

(WJAR) — A pickup truck went off the highway in Pawtucket near the Apex Building and Vernon Street area on Friday. Crews have been actively working all morning on I-95 southbound to get the pickup truck up and out of the area. As of 6:30 a.m., the driver was successfully pulled out of the pickup truck, an NBC 10 news crew observed. Firefighters work to remove a driver from a pickup truck that went off the highway on I-95 southbound in Pawtucket on Oct. 27, 2023.

(WJAR) — An accident on I-95 northbound impacted traffic in Providence for much of Monday morning. Around 7:00 a.m., two right lanes were blocked on I-95 95NB in Providence near Exit 38, for Route 146/State Offices. Stop-and-go traffic backed up vehicles to Thurbers Avenue on Exit 35. Travel near this accident was still moving slowly, at around 16mph. Motorists can take Route 1 northbound to avoid some of these traffic jam. Route 1 NB moved along a little faster, at around 24mph.
