In early January, most of the major military forces of Iran participated in a large military exercise called Payambar-e Azam (Great Prophet), which started as an annual exercise 19 years ago. These forces included the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Basij Resistance Force, and took place in the air, on land, and in the sea. The exercises began in Iran’s western Kermanshah province, with the Mirza Kuchak Khan Brigade in the lead.

Gaza (Quds News Network)- The United Nations has issued a reminder that more than two million people are now trapped in the Gaza Strip with little access to food and no access to safe drinking water, as Israel’s genocidal war enters its 419th day. “Food is scarce, and famine is imminent. Most of Gaza’s water supply is unsafe to drink. With nowhere to go, families are living in abandoned homes or out in the open,” the UN said. Nowhere in Gaza is safe.
