Last month, Sarah Branch opened Crash Box Therapy at 319 W Beltline Hwy #111, in Fitchburg. “What many people don't realize is that we carry a lot of stress and a lot of anger or rage or whatever bad emotions in our bodies," Branch said. She opened her business with the purpose of providing a therapeutic and fun way to release pent-up emotions.
