ST. JOSEPH — Crews from Indiana & Michigan Power will be working along Niles Avenue this week in St. Joseph to remove a street light pole along a stretch of road between Lane Drive and Mohawk Lane. ST. JOSEPH — Motorists in the Twin Cities are finding new ways to get around as the second year of Interstate 94 reconstruction moves into full gear. The project has closed or will close westbound exit and entrance ramps at exits 27 (Niles Road/M-63), 29 (Pipestone Road) and 30 (Napier Avenue). Only exits 28 (M-139) and 33 (U.S. 31/E. Main Street) will remain open most of the construction season.
