Mariah Senecal-Reilly, the Director of Substance Use Initiatives with the Onondaga County Health Department says the county has heard a lot about the drug’s usage. “…People will seemingly pass out, still breathing, but relatively unresponsive to things in their environment and very shortly after, wake up and be totally fine,” she said.
