You can’t escape their giant metallic form as you walk down the street but most of the time you see them in the hands of adults. Which, due to their sheer size and capacity, just makes sense. Yet now even toddlers can hop in and grab their own version of the trendy drinking vessel as Fisher-Price has jumped on the bandwagon making their own version for tiny hands. Though not marketed as a Stanley you can’t deny the resemblance between the products.

It’s nearly been a week since the latest episode of ‘Call the Midwife’ aired, but Fred’s storyline has been on a loop in my head ever since. The show always manages to teach us something valuable whether that’s about women’s health, being a mother, or a life lesson we failed to acknowledge. Last week’s episode left viewers feeling pretty overwhelmed after Fred’s life was put in danger. I watch ‘Call the Midwife’ every Sunday evening with my Mam and we both sobbed on the sofa after it ended.

Well, a dad who ordered his son one got quite the surprise after it had to be delivered to his garden by crane. Andre Bisson’s four-year-old son, Theo, asked for “the biggest Carnotaur you’ve ever seen” and not wanting to disappoint, he did exactly that. The Guernsey-born father bought the statue online for €1,670 and thought he would be getting a three-metre-long dinosaur. When it arrived, it was actually nearly twice the size.

A flight with a baby can be made a whole lot easier with the kindness of strangers. One mum has proven this by sharing a lovely souvenir made by a fellow passenger to mark the special memory of her baby’s first time flying. When Kelly and Jake were flying back to Newark from Mexico earlier this month, their daughter, Romey, was fixated on the woman sitting next to them. During the flight, their five-month-old couldn’t take her eyes off the woman as she crocheted.

The father of Ashling Murphy has bravely opened up about his late daughter as we approach her second anniversary. Beloved teacher Ashling Murphy was tragically killed by Jozef Puška on January 12th, 2022. The teacher and musician was out jogging when Jozef Puška attacked her in Tullamore. News of Ashling Murphy’s death broke the hearts of the nation, but the heartache and pain her family continue to live with is unimaginable.

A woman in her 40s has sadly passed away following a collision involving a car and a van in Co. Kildare. Two children were also involved in the accident. Both children were rushed to CHI Crumlin on the evening of January 2nd. They are in a serious, but stable condition in the Dublin hospital, Gardaí confirmed. It is understood that the collision took place at around 6:15 pm on Tuesday, January 2nd. The car and van crashed on the R148 at Cloncurry in Enfield, County Kildare.

A mum has revealed she puts her kids to bed wearing the next day’s clothes so that there’s less hassle the next morning. Australian TV star Lisa Lamond said she dresses her two daughters – Arabella, 3, and Ruby, 2 – in fresh clothing for the following day because she doesn’t “have a spare hour while they pull up one sock.”She explained that her daughters are both trying to be independent and want to dress themselves.
