Storm Éowyn is set to hit Ireland on Thursday night (23 January) and, in an extremely rare event, all 32 counties have been issued Status Red wind warnings. Met Éireann has said that there will be gale to storm force winds with “extreme, damaging and destructive gusts in excess of 130km/h”.
