1 Introduction Increasing evidence demonstrates that higher levels of physical activity improve wellbeing (Marquez et al. 2020) and are associated with reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety (Teychenne et al. 2020). In addition to being active, the amount of time spent sedentary and the quantity and quality of one's sleep are key factors related to wellbeing and mental health (Dong, Xie, and Zhou 2022; Ellingson et al. 2018; Zhang et al. 2022).
