GALVESTON, Texas (WVUE/Gray News) - A cruise ship passenger says she will never again take a cruise after facing turbulent conditions caused by Hurricane Milton in the Gulf of Mexico. Kim Eberhardt was aboard Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas which departed from Galveston over the weekend.
