    TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WBAY) - Generations of local kids know how to swim, thanks to the Two Rivers Family Swim Center. “I learned to swim here,” said lifelong Two Rivers resident Amber Gates. Now, her 5-year-old son is learning to swim at the very same place. “It’s where I learned to swim, I took lessons with my children,” said Barb Schweitzer, a volunteer at the Two Rivers Family Swim Center who has been swimming at the pool for 37 years.

Now, a mobile morgue has been made available for emergency situations - and the one donated to Winnebago County holds up to eight bodies in a short-term situation until they can be released or autopsied. However, the County hopes it never has to use it.

The welcome-back family celebration is a chance for families to meet the district’s new superintendent. This inaugural event featured carnival-style games, a rock wall, and a bounce house. It was a hit with parents, who hope it’ll be offered again in the future.
