1. IntroductionChina’s overseas investment has surged since the country’s entry into the World Trade Organization in 2001. The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), introduced in 2013, further accelerated the international expansion of Chinese enterprises. By 2016, China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) exceeded its Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for the first time, making China a net exporter of capital.

We downloaded three RNA-Seq datasets containing 37 samples of five ocular tissues from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena). These datasets include PRJNA790648 [46], PRJNA688734 [47], and PRJNA731890 [48]. Dataset PRJNA688734 contains samples from the cornea, limbus, and sclera isolated from human donor tissues and passaged in tissue culture.

Traditional photonuclear reactions primarily excite giant dipole resonances, making the measurement of isovector giant resonances with higher multipolarities a great challenge. In this Letter, the manipulation of collective excitations of different multipole transitions in even-even nuclei via vortex γ photons is investigated.
