Have you ever had someone tell you to “go to your happy place?”My sister sometimes tells me this when I get a very specific look on my face. I find that it is a good verbal cue to reset my mindset and focus on something else more positive. But my “happy” probably doesn’t look like your “happy,” and your “happy” probably isn’t exactly the same for your team or your coworkers or your significant other for that matter. And that’s OK. Happy doesn’t have to be perfect.
