Some Oregonians might get another chance to see the auroras on Wednesday night. The “view line” for Wednesday’s aurora forecast runs along the northeast border of Oregon, where the state line touches Idaho and Washington. Another clear spring evening could mean viewing at the border, as well as in Washington and Idaho and other states along the northern edge of the country.

These days, buying olive oil can feel like an extravagance. Tariffs and bird flu are working together to inflate grocery bills to the point that going to the store, once the only relief for moms looking for 10 minutes alone (me), isn’t even fun anymore. Dear Lizzy,I work in an open-concept office, and though it’s primarily a work-from-home situation, I go into the office at least once a week, if not more frequently. There is a person who is an exceptionally loud phone talker – to the point that it is completely distracting to anyone within this person’s radius trying to get work done. Even when they are listening to a meeting on mute, they provide loud, color-commentary on said meeting. I don’t think this person is aware of how loud they are.
