    RACINE, WI — A 31-year-old man is in the hospital after the car he was driving crashed into an abandoned home at the corner of 16th Street and Memorial Drive. According to Racine Police Sgt. Kristi Wilcox, first responders were dispatched at 9:57 a.m. Thurs., Oct. 24, 2024, for calls of an SUV that crashed into a house. The driver exited the car on his own and was taken to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

    RACINE, WI — The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a freeze warning for Southeast Wisconsin, including Racine County. It begins at 1 a.m. Wed., Oct. 16 and ends at 9 a.m. the same day.     RACINE, WI — Racine police responded callfor shots fired over the weekend that lead to a woman with multiple injuries, including a graze wound to her head. No one is in custody, and police are asking for the public’s help identifying and apprehending the suspect(s). According to Racine Police Sgt. Kristi Wilcox, officers received multiple calls for shots fired at approximately 12:21 a.m. Sat., Oct. 5 in the 1200 block of Albert Street.
