    More than 490 sexual assaults on East of England Ambulance staff have been recorded over the past five years, with the number of recorded incidents rising from 51 in 2020 to 163 in 2024, according to new figures obtained by Sexual Abuse Compensation Advice (SACA) through a Freedom of Information request.
