Construction will start soon on a major road in hopes of making it safer.Nearly three miles of Michigan Avenue, which has been identified as a high-risk stretch for pedestrians and bicyclists, will see improvements. Osceola County Sheriff Marco Lopez, releases video Thursday of deputies stopping two suspects they believe are part of a larger bank jugging scam.
