VICTORIA, Texas – Victoria police responded to a three-vehicle crash just before 3 p.m. Tuesday at Laurent Street and Loma Vista Avenue. Investigators said a 24-year-old man driving a silver 2000 Toyota 4Runner was traveling too fast for roadway conditions when he rear-ended a Victoria Transit bus that had stopped to pick up and drop off passengers.
