The move comes after Keith Balmer resigned in the winter, following an investigation into his office. The Electoral Board Chair Starlet Stevens could not disclose the name of the next leader of the City’s Office of Elections, but says he has lived in the area before and has even more experience than Balmer had when he came into the job.
