On Thursday, April 3, influencer, Daisy Harris-Reid, who has thousands of followers on her Instagram account  @mum_abouttown, will embark on an inspiring journey in support of terminally ill children. Daisy, from Chandler's Ford, is taking part in the ‘Daisy’s Walk of Stars,’ from Southampton Guildhall to Winchester Cathedral.

A DAD from Andover has picked up his boxing gloves and is preparing to take part in a boxing event to show support for his daughter after she had an ectopic pregnancy. Dean Meconi, who runs a building and plastering firm, is raising money and awareness for the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust, a charity that supports families affected by ectopic pregnancies. Dean’s fundraising efforts are part of an Ultra-White-Collar Boxing event, which will take place on April 12 at The Wellington Academy in Tidworth.

The Three Bees Project is a non-profit community interest company based in Andover which operates across the Test Valley area, which is dedicated to supporting mental health through the power of animals and nature.

A family historian is hoping to return old letters exchanged between a Hampshire couple and their relatives. Robin Pearl, from Ely, recently purchased a box of papers from an auction in St Ives, Cambridgeshire for £10. It was within this box where he found a year-long exchange between Mrs Anne Broomfield and Corporal Peter Broomfield. Letters from Peter were posted to 2 Institute Road, Aldershot, which Robin believes is the address Anne grew up in.
