Petersburg Police say it was in an above-ground pool. Eden Village is a national group with a new Richmond branch behind the effort in the River City. Cities like Wilmington, North Carolina and Springfield, Missouri, already have models of the community. The idea is a neighborhood of about 30-40 tiny homes, each equipped with a kitchen, porch and living space.
