Amber Twitchell will serve on the Napa County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council through Dec. 2026. The council has five members: one county supervisor and four appointed by the Board.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA—A pair of sisters from Cotati were crowned the Cutest Little Chicks in Town on Saturday, one of the most popular events at Petaluma Butter and Egg Days. Aniya Jenkins, 2, and her big sister, Aurora Jenkins, 3, were among 66 contestants who lined up at Judy's Barnyard Stage and did their best to impress the judges. With contestants as young as 1 month old, some cried when it was their turn to go on stage in front of the large crowd. Others blew kisses and waved.
