BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Mega Millions tickets are about to cost more. The lottery game promoted a "new version" of Mega Millions in a March 25 press release, announcing tickets will cost $5 instead of $2. The first drawing under "the new prize structure," will take place Tuesday, April 8. It's the game's second price adjustment since the first ticket was sold over two decades ago, the release says. Mega Millions says these game enhancements will better benefit players.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A Bucks County man died Sunday morning after being struck by a motorist traveling in the wrong direction of traffic on the turnpike. The 50-year-old Bristol man, identified only as "John Doe," was driving a motorcycle that was struck by a vehicle, Lehigh County Coroner Dan Buglio said. The man was pronounced dead at 10:10 a.m."Reportedly, the operator of the motor vehicle was traveling southbound in the northbound lane," of I-476 at mile-marker 67.1, Buglio said in a release.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A man who was with his toddler son when the boy overdosed on drugs has pleaded guilty Thursday to felony charges in the death, the Lehigh County district attorney's office said. Jorge Suarez-Santiago, 33, pleaded to involuntary manslaughter, a second-degree felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a first-degree felony, District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan said in a release. Suarez-Santiago also pleaded guilty to simple possession of heroin in an unrelated case, Holihan said.
