The first phase of $1million in major renovations have been completed at the Club at Pasadera on the Monterey Peninsula with another round of upgrades in the works. The renovations came after Concert Golf Partners took over the private club last year.

The Milpitas community recently celebrated the opening of Phase 2 of the Milpitas Unified School District’s Innovation Campus, aimed to be “a first-of-its-kind education and workforce development center.”The project, designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and built by Blach Construction included the construction of two new, L-shaped classroom buildings which will serve as a permanent home to Calaveras Hills High School.
