LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A mother and son won the largest Powerball jackpot in Kentucky history, and days later, one of the winners is now in a Florida jail. Linda Grizzle split the $167.3 million winnings with her son, James Shannon Farthing, Lottery officials said. He bought the ticket for April 26's drawing, and they presented the winning ticket to the Kentucky Lottery office April 28.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Racing Louisville FC has officially announced Caitlyn Flores Milby has accepted the general manager position after working the same spot as interim. Milby, 28, became the director of operations in 2022, and started working with the parent company Soccer Holdings, LLC, in 2017, according to the club. "Ever since I joined this organization eight years ago, it's been my goal to make professional soccer successful in Louisville," Milby said.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) need your help in identifying a suspect in a bank robbery that happened in south Louisville last week. In a post on social media, police said the man walked into the Republic Bank on New Cut Road around 10:50 a.m. on May 5. After approaching a bank employee, police said he gave them a note demanding cash and warning he had a weapon. LMPD said he left the bank on foot and and had "an undetermined amount of cash" on him.
