Mar. 16—Over the past three years the Pittsburgh Pirates, under owner Bob Nutting, have made more money selling tickets, hot dogs, beer and other concessions at PNC Park than they've spent on the teams they've fielded. The Pirates collected $215.6 million in net ticket and concession revenues between 2022 and 2024. Over that same period, player salaries totaled $214 million — or about $1.6 million less, based on a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette analysis of the club's audited financial statements. kAmx?
